For Dinner Tonight

I made this recipe for dinner tonight, marinating the pork for a few hours first (in honey-mustard, olive oil, garlic, soysauce, thyme, sage and basalmic vinegar.).  Added rutabaga (kålrabi) to the other root vegetables and cut up a few dried figs in there as well for a bit of sweetness.  Easy and well liked.
